For the thrill seekers amongst you Callow Top is an ideally located campsite near Alton Towers. In fact, we’re just 20 minutes drive away. Why not treat the whole family to a day out during your stay or visit the Alton Towers Scarefest during October Half Term? CBeebies Land is great for pre-school kids or there’s lots of rollercoasters, like the Wicker Man and Thirteen, if you prefer something a little more scary.

We’ve got lots of facilities on site to make your stay fun including heated swimming and paddling pools (May to September), a children’s play area and Arnold’s Games Room with pool and table tennis tables.

We welcome tents, motorhomes, campervans and caravans and have a variety of lovely pitches. We also have self catering accommodation near Alton Towers in one of our holiday cottages or apartments. Being just outside the market town of Ashbourne we’re nice and handy for local shops and restaurants.
