Stay with us, in one of our two Derbyshire holiday cottages, and enjoy self catering holiday accommodation in the Peak District.
For those who prefer their creature comforts whilst on holiday, we offer the choice of two traditionally decorated oak-beamed holiday cottages as alternative accommodation for those who choose not to camp on the site. The park’s cottages offer the ultimate in style and comfort, providing a great base for your family holiday or short break in the Peak District.
By hiring both cottages up to 12 people can stay together.
Centrally located on the holiday park, overlooking the green and adjacent to the Callow Inn, our self-catering cottages are semi-detached. Guests staying in our cottages have full use of the holiday park facilities (when open) including the fishing lake & swimming pool.
Within walking distance of the market town of Ashbourne and within easy reach of lots of local attractions including Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the Heights of Abraham, Matlock and Bakewell.
Ashbourne Cottage (sleeps 1 – 7)

- Main bedroom with double bed
- Second bedroom with single bed

- Private yard enclosed by wooden fencing

Included in our prices:
- Heating, electricity and hot water
- All bed linen
- Tea towels
- Cot and highchair (if required)
- Use of Callow Top Holiday Park facilities
You will need to bring your own towels with you.
There are no washing machines/dryers in the cottages, but for your convenience there are coin-operated laundry facilities on site (not available November – Easter).
During peak season the minimum stay is 7 nights. Arrival day is Friday.
During low season short breaks are available. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Please note that during peak season, entertainment, including discos and live vocalists, may take place on the green outside the cottages (weather permitting). Entertainment starts around 7.30pm and always finishes by 10.30pm.
We are very sorry but our cottages are not suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Ambulant disabled guests, please consider that the bathrooms and toilet facilities in both cottages are upstairs.
