Further Information
Owners of static caravans at Callow Top can use their caravans during 12 months of the year although we are not residential. Site facilities are open between Easter and the beginning of November and use of facilities is included.
We do not have a clause in your contract that requires you to buy a new caravan every so many years. As long as your caravan is kept in good condition it can stay on site as long as you wish.
